Is Dr. Daif Parker currently accepting new patients?
Yes we are!
Do I have to cancel my appointment if I have my period?
In most cases we can still complete your visit when you are menstruating. It is always best to call the office to be sure.
If I have fibroids do I have to have a hysterectomy?
Absolutely not!! Depending on your symptoms and type of fibroids we have many other treatment options to avoid hysterectomy. If a hysterectomy is necessary we can also use minimally invasive techniques including vaginal, laparoscopic, or robotic hysterectomy.
I am pregnant, when should I see my doctor?
Unless there is bleeding or pain seven to eight weeks is the best time to see your doctor.
I just found out I am pregnant, what should I do?
Relax and enjoy the moment!! Make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid and stop smoking if you are a smoker. Make an appointment to see your doctor at seven weeks of pregnancy.
My PAP smear is abnormal, what should I do?
A pap smear is just a screening test. You will likely need a colposcopy which is a simple office based procedure. Call you gynecologist to schedule an appointment.
